Not Getting Help Desk Email?

Please look in your JUNK folder to verify if this is where email from our MVCDC Support Helpdesk is getting sent. If you do find email from hdesk@mvcdc.org in your junk folder, please do the following:

 

  1. Click open the JUNK EMAIL folder (in the list on the left side of the screen)

  2. Hover over the email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org)

  3. Right-click on the email

  4. Scroll down to JUNK

  5. Click on NEVER BLOCK SENDER

  6. Move all email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org) to your inbox

Now any new email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org) should go automatically to your INBOX and not the JUNK EMAIL folder.
