
Please look in your JUNK folder to verify if this is where email from our MVCDC Support Helpdesk is getting sent. If you do find email from hdesk@mvcdc.org in your junk folder, please do the following:
Click open the JUNK EMAIL folder (in the list on the left side of the screen)
Hover over the email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org)
Right-click on the email
Scroll down to JUNK
Click on NEVER BLOCK SENDER
Move all email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org) to your inbox
Now any new email from MVCDC Support (hdesk@mvcdc.org) should go automatically to your INBOX and not the JUNK EMAIL folder.
