According to the website, AT&T outages peaked at 32,224 reports around 4:29 a.m. ET. The company continues to have issues, with 31,904 outages reported at 6:29 a.m. ET.

When will AT&T service be restored?

The reason for the service disruption remains unknown, and it is unclear when it will be restored.

NBC reports, however, that AT&T acknowledged the issue is a statement Thursday morning.

"Some of our customers are experiencing wireless service interruptions this morning,” the company said. “We are working urgently to restore service to them. We encourage the use of Wi-Fi calling until service is restored."

AT&T has also been responding to customer service issue reports on X.

Verizon outages peaked at 1,890 reports at 6:32 a.m. ET.

Reports state that 61% of users are experiencing mobile phone issues, 21% have no signal, and 18% have 5G home internet problems.

Is T-Mobile down?

T-Mobile outages peaked at 917 reports around 4:35 a.m. ET. The company continues to have issues, with 851 outages reported at 6:35 a.m. ET.

Reports state that 45% of users have no signal, 29% have 5G home internet problems, and 26% are experiencing home internet issues.

Is Cricket Wireless down?

Cricket Wireless outages peaked at 8,420 reports at 6:41 a.m. ET. Reports state that 68% of users have no signal, 18% have home internet issues, and 14% are experiencing a total blackout.
