Traditional Menu View Now Available in ChildPlus Online

Customize your menu experience in ChildPlus Online to fit your preference! Choose the traditional menu view to see all menu options at once, or the drop-down menu to save space when using a smaller screen.

All-in-One Attendance:

Attendance is now all in one platform: ChildPlus Online! “All-In-One Attendance” eliminates the hassle of managing Attendance data across multiple platforms. 

Parents will sign in and out in the new ENTRY EXPRESS tab in ChildPlus Online. Meal Counts will be tracked here as well.

Set Attendance for Multiple Days:

Update attendance records for multiple days all at once.

Multiple Sign-in/Sign-out:

Track each time a participant is signed in and signed out on the same day. 

New “Signed-In By” Dropdown Field

Require the adult signing for a participant to select their printed name from a dropdown menu. Now, staff can clearly read the name of the adult who signed for the participant! This is especially helpful if the adult’s signature is hard to read.

In the all-new Preview Database, you can preview how the upcoming changes to Attendance will look and function in the newest version of our software, ChildPlus 6.6! This gives your agency time to update procedures, train staff, and get prepared before your database updates this summer!

The Preview Database allows us to test the upcoming updates to ChildPlus Online without having to worry about altering any of MVCDC's live data.

 The Preview Database may be reset or removed at any time.

 This is an early view of features that are still being built in ChildPlus Online. There will be bugs! Look for the chat bubble icon to submit feedback or bugs that you find while previewing the new features.

Keep in mind:

• The Preview Database consists of anonymous training data only

• Data in our live MVCDC database will not be altered in any way when using the Preview Database

• Since multiple users may be testing the Preview Database at the same time, you may be trying to alter the data of a classroom that another user is also working in. If you notice this happening, select a different classroom in the Preview Database.

• If you experience issues trying to log into the PREVIEW database, please submit a ticket for ChildPlus via the MVCDC SUPPORT HELP CENTER site.
