ChildPlus is aware of a bug that is causing the city, state, and county fields to not be automatically filled in when a zip code is entered into the address field sections. They are working on resolving this issue. Until it is resolved, please enter the city, state, and county yourself.

Another zip code field issue is that it may require you to enter the full 9-digit zip code. it is okay to enter “0000” as the last 4 digits of the 9-digit zip code until this bug is fixed. Then we can go back to using 5-digit only zip codes.
