How Do You Update Your iPad to the newest version of iPadOS?
Follow the steps below to complete your iPad software update.
Plug your device into power and make sure you're connected to Wi-Fi.
Open the Settings app (this may be in the IT SUPPORT folder).
Tap on GENERAL in the left column
Select Software Update.
Tap Upgrade to the newer version of iPadOS. If your iPad already has the most current software, you will see a message noting your iPad is up to date.
Tap Update Now.
Enter your passcode.
Tap Agree to accept the Terms and Conditions.
Tap Agree again.
You'll see a progress bar showing your iPadOS update progress.
You'll see a notification that your iPad is verifying the update. Your iPad will then reboot, and your iPad software update is complete!
Now, your iPad should be updated to Apple's latest iPad software.
If you are having issues using specific websites or the ChildPlus app on your ipad or iPhone, I also recommend clearing your browser history. To do this, follow the instructions in this knowledgebase article:
