In the ATTENDANCE tab, if you are not seeing your assigned students in your classroom, or you are getting an error message saying the students or the classroom is not available to select, you are probably viewing the previous program year. To select the current program year do the following steps:
In the ATTENDANCE tab, click on the CLASSROOM button at the top. Then scroll down to the bottom of the list a click on the OPTIONS button.
Change the OPTIONS to “Current Year Only” and click on the OK button.
Then, still under the CLASSROOM button, click on “School Year” at the top of the list and make sure that the current program year (2024-2025) is selected.
Once this is done you should be able to see your classroom in the ATTENDANCE section.
