My Classroom Is Missing in the ATTENDANCE Module

If you are seeing an error message saying, “The selected classroom does not operate this day.” or you are not seeing your classrooms listed, you may need to check that the current program year is selected.

Each time we begin a new program year you will be required to select the new / current program year in the ATTENDANCE module CLASSROOM list.

You do this by clicking CLASSROOM and then click in the SCHOOL YEAR box. This will allow you to select the 23025-2026 program year.

Also, I recommend clicking on the OPTIONS in the bottom left corner of the CLASSROOM pop-up box. Then select make sure CURRENT YEAR ONLY is selected.
