Accessing ChildPlus Practice / Training Databases:

Note: You cannot connect to the Training Database until you have logged in at least ONCE with the password you created for yourself.

FOR CHILDPLUS ONLINE:

1. Click on the "Connect ot Pratice Database" link on login page.

FOR CHILDPLUS DESKTOP:

1. When you open ChildPlus DESKTOP, you should now see a Setup Tab, with the Database Utilities option.

    

2. Select Connecdt to Training

3. In most cases you do not need to select from the dropdown – the most recently-created training database will automatically appear in the window. That is the training database to use unless told otherwise. Just click on Connect.

4. At that point, ChildPlus will log you out and open a new login window. Type your password and sign in. You should now see “Training Mode” across the top of your ChildPlus Screen.

5. To exit the training database and return to live data, you must exit from ChildPlus (click the x in the top right corner) and then open ChildPlus again from the ChildPlus icon. When you enter your password and Sign In, you will be back in the live database.
