1. Navigate to the ChildPlus Online SERVICES module (https://app.childplus.com/MiamiValley/services)

1. Click in the search field box.

1. Type "wilma” and click the enter key

Tip! You can search for the mother’s or child’s name, part name, CPID, or birthdate.

1. Click on your participant’s name

1. Click on the APPLICATION tab

1. Click on the three MORE dots.

1. Click "Make Wilma a participant"

1. Click the "Program Term" field.

1. Select the appropriate EHS program term

1. Click the ”Agency” field.

1. Select "Miami Valley Child Dev Centers"

1. Click "< No Site >"

1. Click the down arrow in the SITE box

1. Select the appropriate Home Base location

1. Click the down arrow in the FUNDING box

1. Select the appropriate funding . In this example it is "Early Head Start • 05CH012767.200 • 29-HS/EHS • Miami Valley Child Dev Centers

   
   

1. Click the "OK" button

1. Click the "Save" button

1. Click in the "Application Date" field

1. Type the appropriate application date and press the enter key

1. Click the "Save" button
