You may have noticed that since ChildPlus was updated to version 6.4.15.0 over the past weekend you are getting a popup box that says, “Please Wait...Loading Enrollment data for...” when trying to access the ENROLLMENT tab.
The problem is, the popup box is not going away and the user is then unable to do anything else in ChildPlus. The only solution to this problem is to close out the current ChildPlus session and open a new ChildPlus session. I have noticed that this issue will sometimes resolve itself at certain times of the day...only to be a problem again the next day.
I am contacting ChildPlus Support to let them know we are experiencing this issue with the hopes that they will be able to resolve it soon.
Until then, I would recommend trying to access ChildPlus Online at https://app2.childplus.com/MiamiValley.
Select the ENROLLMENT tab
Then Participation Record
Then click on the Participation Record you wish to update
NOTE: Make sure your browser is not blocking popup windows for this site.
