You will get this CHILDREN MISSING DEFAULT CACFP STATUS error message whenever the CACFP Status has not been set for that specific child. You will notice that the instructions for how to resolve it are given right in the error message:
Go to the SERVICES tab
Select the ATTENDANCE module
Scroll down until you get to the CACFP INFORMATION section
All students should have “F - Free (Full Reimbursement” selected in the CACFP Status drop down menu
