ChildPlus Online Bug: Incorrect Date Added for DROPPED Participants
There is a bug in ChildPlus Online (only) that happens when a participant is dropped for “AGED OUT OF PROGRAM.” ChildPlus Online will incorrectly change the LAST DAY ENROLLED to the last day of the program year. This is incorrect. It should be the last day enrolled.

I have contacted ChildPlus Support about this issue, and they have informed me that this is a bug in the programming, and they expect to have this fixed in the next update to ChildPlus (whenever that might be).
Until then, if you are using ChildPlus Online, please double check the Last Day Enrolled date by closing the pop-up box and then verifying that the drop date shown on the ENROLLMENT screen is still the last day enrolled and NOT the last day of the program year. If it is, please go back and fix the date so that it is the correct date.

Hopefully, we will not need to make this fix very often or for long. 😊
